Spotlight on Workforce

Thursday, November 20, 2025 | 1:00–2:00pmET

Workforce-related challenges persist which continue to threaten access to care for individuals and communities. We will explore recent policy developments and share innovative approaches LSA members are leading to advance solutions.

Our discussion will explore key workforce-related questions such as:

  • What changes are emerging from the recent budget reconciliation bill (H.R. 1)?
  • How are these developments affecting the workforce shortage?
  • What are some ways LSA member organizations are innovating/leading?

Speakers include:

  • Amanda Mead, Director of Workforce Policy, Leading Age
  • Stephanie Badger, Vice President, The Nickles Group
  • LSA Members:
    • Barb Shepard, Vice President of HR, EverTrue
    • Dawn Barhorst, Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer, GraceWorks
