A Visit to Genacross: Lutheran Social Ministry in Action
Alesia Frerichs joined Rick Marshall and the Genacross Lutheran Services team in Toledo, Ohio, where she came away inspired by their innovative and caring response to challenges facing older adults, families, and communities. Genacross shows how our network’s partnerships and faith-driven action are making a difference to strengthen communities nationwide.
Bill Kallestad joined Lutheran Services in America network leaders in Chicago to attend “Lutheran Unite for Illinois,” hosted by Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. The event honored Gov. J. B. Pritzker and Illinois state representative Lindsey LaPointe, and celebrated the important role of public service.
