Partnering for Impact in a Changing Medicaid Landscape

As the Medicaid landscape continues to evolve, social service organizations and community-based organizations must move from service providers to strategic partners with state Medicaid agencies and managed care organizations. Our new “Partnering for Impact” guide focuses on four key strategies, including:

  • Demonstrating impact through data and return on investment (ROI)
  • Adapting to new Medicaid payment and delivery models
  • Building stronger partnerships with Medicaid agencies and MCOs
  • Forming strategic alliances to scale impact and outcomes

Read and share the guide: Use this resource to engage your boards and teams, strengthen your strategy, and build the partnerships needed to succeed in a changing Medicaid landscape.

Rural Voices Shaping Transformation (and Better Policy)

Lutheran Services in America partnered with The SCAN Foundation and Public Policy Lab to hear the perspectives, expertise, and experiences of those too often left behind: older adults with low incomes in rural communities. Recognizing and centering lived experience is a priority for our network, and our new report lays out those experiences and gaps in services and build greater stability. With the Rural Health Transformation Fund offering new windows into partnership and innovation, this report supports members in both advocating for concrete change and telling the story of older adults to their own boards, funders, and policymakers. Contact Regan McManus for more information.
